Mental Health Support Designed Around You
Everyone comes to counseling with different experiences, challenges, and goals. That's why we offer different ways to receive support.
Whether you're looking for individual counseling, support for your relationship, connection through a group, or practical skills you can use in everyday life, we'll help you determine which service may be the right fit.
Not sure what you need? That's okay.
Start by telling us what's going on, and we'll help you determine the next step.
Individual Counseling
A one-on-one space focused on you.
Individual counseling can help you work through mental health concerns, stressful circumstances, relationships, life transitions, or simply understand yourself better.
Support may include concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, stress, self-esteem, emotional regulation, relationships, parenting, boundaries, identity, and personal growth.
Available for children, teens, young adults, adults, and older adults.
Skills Training
Practical support for everyday life.
Sometimes understanding a skill in counseling is different from being able to use it when you need it. Skills training focuses on developing and practicing practical strategies that can be applied outside of the therapy room.
Support may focus on emotional regulation, coping skills, communication, problem-solving, organization and routines, social skills, stress management, boundaries, independence, and other individualized goals.
Skills training may be provided alongside counseling when appropriate.
Couples Counseling
Support for your relationship—not just when it's in crisis.
Couples counseling provides a space to understand patterns, improve communication, navigate conflict, strengthen connection, and work through changes together.
Couples may seek support for communication difficulties, recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, trust concerns, parenting differences, changing roles, major transitions, or simply wanting a stronger relationship.
Group Counseling
Sometimes it helps to know you're not navigating something alone.
Group counseling brings people together around shared experiences, concerns, or goals. Groups can provide opportunities to learn, connect, practice new skills, and gain support from others.
Group offerings change throughout the year.
